Dr. Lauren Kenworthy is a distinguished researcher and psychologist at The Center for Autism at Children's National Hospital. She has made significant contributions in the realm of cognitive strengths and weaknesses seen in conditions such as autism and ADHD. Dr. Kenworthy is also the author of "Unstuck and On Target," a school-based executive function intervention designed specifically for children on the autism spectrum.

Alan Gerber, PhD, is a clinical psychologist in the Division of Neuropsychology at Children’s National Hospital and an Assistant Professor in the Departments of Pediatrics and Psychiatry at the George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences. Dr. Gerber’s research employs multiple methods—including behavioral assessments, self-report measures, and neural methods such as EEG—to understand how mental health challenges emerge and develop in autistic youth. His ultimate goal is to translate these insights into targeted interventions that directly improve mental health and enhance quality of life for autistic individuals.
